Koko' House of GEMS exists for adults who need somewhere safe and structured to live — people transitioning out of homelessness, people in recovery looking for a sober household, and anyone who simply needs a stable, affordable room.

What's offered here is not complicated, and that is the point. A comfortable home. A positive environment. A household that runs with order and respect, so residents can concentrate on stability, independence, and a genuine fresh start.
